From Bible ("we", "our", or "the App") is a Bible verse application developed for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

The App automatically tracks the following usage data locally on your device:
All personal data and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not operate any servers or cloud databases. Your data is never transmitted to us or any third party.
Your data may be included in your device's iCloud backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled in your iOS Settings.
The App offers premium subscriptions processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. All payment processing is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The App uses local notifications to deliver daily Bible verses at scheduled times. Notifications are scheduled entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.
The App may request permission to access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalization purposes. You may decline this request with no impact on app functionality. We do not share tracking data with advertisers or third-party analytics services.
From Bible does not use any third-party analytics services such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools. No usage data is transmitted off your device.
The App may request permission to save verse images and wallpapers to your photo library. This is write-only access — the App does not read or access your existing photos.
The App includes home screen and lock screen widgets. Widget data (current verse and denomination preference) is shared between the main app and the widget extension through a secure App Group container on your device. This data never leaves your device.
From Bible does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App contains only Bible verse content and does not include social features, advertising, or external links beyond our own policies.
Your data is stored on your device for as long as the App is installed. To delete all data, simply uninstall the App from your device. All locally stored data, preferences, and reading history will be permanently removed.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including Face ID, Touch ID, and device passcode encryption.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
