Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how From Bible (the “App”), operated by Prizmaly Yazılım Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Prizmaly”, “we”, or “us”), handles information when you use the iOS App. It also explains the analytics, subscription, attribution, and advertising-measurement services used by the App.

1. Information Kept on Your Device

The following content is stored locally in the App or its shared App Group container:

  • Your first name and personalization settings;
  • Denomination, faith, spiritual-interest, struggle, and reading-preference selections;
  • Favorite, disliked, saved, and custom verses or collections;
  • Reading history, streaks, theme and font choices, game state, and notification schedules; and
  • Widget content and settings shared between the App and its widget extension.

We do not send your first name, actual religious or spiritual onboarding answers, saved or custom verses, favorites, dislikes, or notification schedule to TikTok, Meta, Snap, Appstack, or Mixpanel. Local notifications are scheduled on your device. Local data may be included in your Apple device backup if you enable backup services.

2. Information Collected by Services Used in the App

Depending on the feature, your settings, and your App Tracking Transparency choice, the App and its service providers may process:

  • App and device information: app version and build, platform, device model, operating-system version, language, IP address and approximate region inferred by a provider, an App-generated random install identifier, RevenueCat App User ID, and Identifier for Vendor (IDFV);
  • Advertising and attribution information: Apple Ads attribution data, SKAdNetwork postbacks or conversion values, advertising interaction and campaign attribution, provider-specific anonymous identifiers, and the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) only when ATT authorization permits access;
  • Product interaction and analytics: app or onboarding funnel start/completion, step number and name, time spent on a step, app-tour progress, paywall views, CTA and checkout events, restore attempts, game progress and fixed Bible-game verse references, and related timestamps. Actual religious or spiritual onboarding answers are excluded;
  • Purchase and subscription information: product and offering identifiers, plan type, displayed price and currency, trial eligibility or status, entitlement and subscription status, purchase success/failure, and transaction/order identifiers used for validation, attribution, and deduplication. Payment card details and your Apple ID are handled by Apple and are not provided to us; and
  • Diagnostics: SDK or purchase error type, code, domain, and message when needed to diagnose a failed flow.

TikTok receives only allowlisted generic lifecycle, paywall, and verified purchase-funnel events after ATT authorization. TikTok event deduplication uses a one-way SHA-256-derived opaque event identifier instead of the raw StoreKit transaction identifier. Automatic TikTok payment tracking, retention tracking, enhanced-data postback, and TikTok SKAdNetwork management are disabled.

3. Why We Use This Information

We process information to provide and improve the App, deliver and restore subscriptions, determine premium access, understand onboarding and paywall performance, prevent duplicate conversion reporting, diagnose errors, measure advertising, and evaluate campaign effectiveness. Where required, tracking is based on your ATT consent. Purchase processing is necessary to provide the subscription or product you request. Other limited analytics and security processing is used for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the App, subject to applicable law.

4. Service Providers and Recipients

Information may be sent to the following providers for the purposes described above:

  • Apple — App Store payments, StoreKit, Apple Ads attribution, SKAdNetwork, device backup, and platform services;
  • RevenueCat — subscription, entitlement, purchase, and attribution management;
  • Mixpanel — product and funnel analytics using an App-generated install identifier;
  • Meta — app-event and advertising measurement;
  • TikTok for Business — ATT-authorized app-event and advertising measurement;
  • Snap — App Ads Kit and SKAdNetwork-based advertising measurement; and
  • Appstack — mobile attribution, Apple Ads attribution, and purchase-funnel measurement.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies and may process it in countries outside your country of residence. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising-measurement providers as described here; this activity may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some privacy laws.

5. App Tracking Transparency and Your Choices

The App asks for permission before accessing the IDFA or enabling TikTok tracking. If you decline, TikTok tracking remains disabled and Meta advertising tracking is limited. Snap and Apple may still receive privacy-preserving or limited measurement signals that do not use the IDFA, including SKAdNetwork conversion values. Mixpanel product analytics and RevenueCat subscription processing do not depend on ATT permission.

You can change tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. You can also limit analytics and advertising through your device and provider privacy settings. Declining ATT does not prevent access to the App’s core functionality.

6. Photos, Notifications, and Widgets

If you choose to save a verse image or wallpaper, the App requests add-only photo-library access and does not read your existing photo library through that permission. Notifications are local and scheduled on device. Widget information is stored in the App’s local shared container.

7. Retention and Deletion

Local information remains until you remove it in the App, reset the relevant setting, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling removes the App’s local container, subject to any device backup you control. Analytics, attribution, and purchase records are retained by the relevant provider for its operational, fraud-prevention, legal, and contractual retention periods. You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable. Some purchase records must remain with Apple or a provider for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or subscription-support reasons.

8. Security

We use platform security controls, restricted event schemas, consent gating, bounded retry queues, and one-way identifiers where appropriate. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures designed to protect information and limit it to what is needed for the purposes above.

9. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information covered by this Policy, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, or to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. To make a request, contact us using the address below. We may need enough information to verify and fulfill the request, and some App-generated or provider identifiers may not be reasonably linkable to you without information from your device.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when the App, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide any additional notice required by law.
